No, but you must be affiliated with the profession.
AOA members receive discounted registration rates.


What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit cards (all major cards accepted)
  • Checks, purchase orders, and wire transfers are not accepted

When do I receive my badge?

Badges are issued onsite at check-in.

What is the cancellation policy?

General Attendees

  • By April 24, 2026: Full refund minus $25
  • April 24 – May 18, 2026: 25% fee deducted
  • After May 19, 2026: No refunds

Students

  • By May 15, 2026: Full refund minus $25
  • After May 16, 2026: No refunds

Optometry's Meeting® Continuing Education (CE)

Do courses require pre-registration?

  • Some workshops require advance registration
  • Most sessions are first come, first served
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early

How do I access course handouts?

  • Available via the mobile app
  • No onsite printing available
  • Print materials in advance if needed

How do I earn CE credit at Optometry's Meeting®?

To receive credit, you must:

  1. Attend at least 50 minutes per hour of course time
  2. Be scanned into the session
  3. Complete the course survey

Late arrivals may be denied entry:

  • 10+ minutes late (1-hour session)
  • 20+ minutes late (2-hour session)

How is attendance verified?

  • Badge scanning is required for each session
  • Credits are reported to COPE and CE Broker (if applicable)

How many CE hours are available at Optometry's Meeting®?

Approximately 300 hours of continuing education are offered.


What is Eye Care Square CE?

Eye Care Square includes:

  • 12+ educational sessions
  • Held Wednesday through Friday
  • Covers a variety of topics
